We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers — payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Wise).
For guest conversation data, the hotel (our Client) is the data controller and SaoAI is a processor acting on the Client's instructions. We process guest data only to provide the Services, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share data only with: (a) infrastructure and communication providers that host or transmit the Services (including our email and hosting providers); (b) payment providers to process payments; (c) professional advisers where necessary; and (d) authorities where required by law. Where data is transferred outside your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.
Website enquiries: up to 24 months. Client and billing records: for the term plus the period required by tax/accounting law. Guest conversation data: as instructed by the Client, and deleted or returned within 30 days of termination on request.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access and logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected Clients without undue delay.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email contact@saoai.net. If your request concerns guest data held for a hotel, we will refer it to that hotel as the controller.
Our website uses only essential cookies/local storage needed to operate the site and language preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified by email to subscribers.
